Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Middle Office professional to oversee day-to-day trade capture, confirmation, allocation, and reconciliation. You will serve as the primary operational liaison to Front Office traders, portfolio managers, prime brokers, and custodian banks to resolve complex trade issues.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, with 8+ years in financial services and 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field is required.
8+ years in financial services with Middle Office, Operations or Risk Mgmt.
3–5+ years in a managerial or team-lead capacity; CFA/FRM preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Middle Office functions: trade capture, affirmation, confirmation, allocation, and reconciliation.
Act as primary operational liaison to Front Office, prime brokers, and custodians to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure timely valuation inputs, corporate actions monitoring, and P&L tracking support.
Develop and enforce risk frameworks, SOPs, and controls.
Monitor portfolio limits, exposure, and lifecycle exceptions to minimize losses.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Audit to meet regulatory mandates.
