Job summary

Nomura Asset Management Hong Kong Ltd. is seeking a Vice President to lead HK Wholesale Client Coverage. You will develop sales strategies with intermediaries, build and maintain distribution relationships, and drive AUM growth across retail channels.

The role requires a strong track record in fund distribution, SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Based in Hong Kong, this position reports to senior management within the NAM division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics.
• 7–10 years in fund sales and intermediary channels in Hong Kong.
• Proven distribution of funds with AUM growth.
• SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses; strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies with intermediaries in Hong Kong.
• Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners, onboarding products and driving AUM growth.
• Manage product onboarding with distributors; conduct presentations, roadshows and trainings.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue/AUM by prioritizing high-potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and market insights.
