Job summary

Be Myjob Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Sales & Distribution Leader to formulate and execute a wholesale strategy focused on Hong Kong and China. You will drive business development, manage intermediary relationships with banks and wealth managers, and lead the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in wholesale/intermediary sales within asset management and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
5–10 years of wholesale or intermediary sales experience in asset management.
Established network with key intermediaries/wholesale distribution channels.
Ability to work autonomously and deliver results with initiative.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy for wholesale clients, focused on Hong Kong and China.
Analyze and expand client coverage, identify prospects, and drive high-value engagement.
Build, strengthen, and sustain relationships with intermediaries including banks, private banks, wealth management firms, and securities houses.
Lead and oversee the full sales cycle—from sourcing and strategy to closing—meeting client needs and internal requirements.
Operate independently with accountability to deliver against sales targets.
