Job summary

TSS Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Vice President of Merchandising to lead the launch and growth of its new Hong Kong operation. This high-impact role bridges Asia’s supply chain with Europe’s client base, driving the merchandising and sourcing strategy across apparel and consumer goods.

You will own the commercial P&L, build a senior team, and partner with design, development, QA, and logistics to ensure on-time, compliant product delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in merchandising, sourcing, and product development within apparel/consumer goods.
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles with proven team leadership.
• Demonstrated success in managing senior-level client relationships in Europe.
• Deep expertise in global sourcing strategy and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy for the Hong Kong subsidiary, focusing on expanding Europe market share and client base.
• Lead new business development to secure clients and strategic partnerships in Europe.
• Act as strategic partner to senior stakeholders and major European clients, aligning supply chain capabilities.
• Own the commercial P&L for the Hong Kong operations, driving revenue and profitability.
• Oversee merchandising and sourcing, driving vendor optimization and end-to-end efficiency.
• Build and lead a high-performing merchandising and sourcing team in the HK office.
