Job summary

Bank of America in Hong Kong is seeking a client-facing role within Global Markets Agreements and Documentation to draft, negotiate and execute trading documentation for a portfolio of global clients, supporting onboarding, regulatory compliance and risk management.

You will collaborate with Sales, Onboarding and Compliance, advising front office and operations while ensuring regulatory and internal standards are met. This is a high-visibility regional role with cross‑functional impact.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating master agreements.
• Strong knowledge of markets documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work independently within a cohesive team.
• High motivation and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good judgment within defined parameters.
• Legal qualification preferred but not required depending on level of experience.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft derivatives and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Onboarding and other teams.
• Advise front office and operations on documentation issues.
• Act as relationship manager for a portfolio of high-priority clients.
• Ensure terms reflect credit and business terms while complying with laws and policies.
• Update trading agreements and systems of record.
• Contribute to regulatory and special projects as needed.
