Bank of America is seeking a Contract Manager within Global Payments Solutions to manage complex contracts across the APAC region, with potential global scope. You will draft, review, and negotiate agreements, balancing client needs with Bank policy and risk tolerance.

The role requires sharp analytical ability, robust communication in English and Chinese, and experience in financial services or corporate law.

Formación

• Undergraduate or graduate degree required; JD preferred or equivalent legal training.
• Minimum of three years in financial services, corporate banking, or a law firm with contract drafting/risk assessment experience.
• Strong written and verbal skills in English and Chinese; ability to navigate complex legal documents.

Responsabilidades

• Review, negotiate, and draft complex, high-value contracts for GPS cash management products.
• Coordinate with sales, implementation, product, operations, and risk teams to resolve contract issues.
• Lead contract administration, documentation, execution and filing to ensure compliance and timely closure.
• Provide guidance to business personnel on contractual risks and policy standards.
• Represent Bank of America in negotiations with clients and external counsel at all levels of management.
