Job summary

Crypto.com seeks a hands-on VP, Product Analytics in Hong Kong to lead Product Analytics and build an AI-native analytics OS across crypto, stocks, and markets. You will set strategy, guide data modeling, review PRs, and own Amplitude-based reporting at an executive level.

You will hire and coach a high-performing team, drive instrumentation, and ensure analytics influences product decisions at scale. This is a hybrid role in Hong Kong with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Product Analytics teams in a fast-moving org.
• Strong hands-on technical judgment with SQL and data platforms.
• Experience using AI to redesign analytics operations.
• Ability to design AI-enabled workflows and analytics knowledge systems.
• Owns a product analytics platform; Amplitude experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Analytics vision, priorities, and standards.
• Build AI-native analytics operating system and reusable tools.
• Own product and business reporting, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Foster experimentation culture with rigorous design and metrics.
• Oversee analytics platforms, data quality, and governance.
