Job summary

A virtual aviation organization in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager for Events. The role involves promoting events, coordinating with VATSIM organizations, and ensuring active communication with virtual airlines. Ideal candidates should have exceptional communication skills in English and Cantonese, along with a solid understanding of VATSIM policies. Applications can be sent via email and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The position requires a commitment of approximately 30 minutes per day.

Qualifications

• Member of the VATSIM network for at least 12 months.
• Clean VATSIM record for no less than 12 months.
• Hold a VATSIM controller rating of S3 or higher.
• Basic understanding of GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and collaborate on events and group flights.
• Promote Hong Kong VACC through various platforms.
• Maintain effective communication with staff and virtual airlines.
