Job summary

We Hug Animal Medical Centre Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated veterinarian to join a busy, multi-vet hospital with a strong emphasis on surgical and medical care. The role includes handling emergency and critical care cases in a high-activity environment, delivering top-tier client communication, and contributing to case management.

HKVSB registration is preferred. Cantonese and English language skills are advantageous, with a shift pattern including an overnight 21:00–09:30 four days

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical veterinary experience is advantageous.
• Experience in emergency procedures and critical care.
• Familiar with multi-vet practice, surgical and medical cases.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with pet owners, colleagues and referring veterinarians.
• Cantonese and English spoken/written advantageous.

Speaking and written in Cantonese and English would be an advantage

Registered with HKVSB

Working Hours(Shift Duty):
Overnight: 4-day work per week (21:00-09:30)
Day: 5 working days per week (10 hours per day)

We Hug Animal Medical Centre (Yuen Long, New Territories) offers consultation, general medicine, surgical and 24-hour hospital care service (Cats, Dogs, ICU and ISO) with advanced equipment including CT Scan, C-arm, endoscopy, digital radiography, dental radiography system, ultrasound, comprehensive in-house IDEXX, VetScan and Vcheck blood test, blood gas analyzer, In-house PCR, orthopedic equipment, anesthetic monitoring equipment, syringe pumps and much more. Online access to VIN and extensive library is available as well.

We are the most well-equipped veterinary hospital in Yuen Long with strong enthusiasm to enhance our service to improve animal welfare.
