Job summary

AVISTA Valuation Advisory Limited in Hong Kong is recruiting fresh graduates for the 2026 Winter Intake as Analysts in the Business Valuation team. You will gain exposure to a broad range of industries, working with listed and private clients on valuation requirements.

Analysts will work with directors, managers and senior analysts to analyze financial data, conduct industry research, support modeling, and prepare materials for discussions with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Self-driven and collaborative, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin in writing and speaking.
• Genuine interest in valuation and advisory services.
• Strong research capabilities, financial modeling proficiency and analytical thinking.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in valuation or related fields is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for short trips to mainland China as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and forecasted financial information provided by clients to support valuation and consulting projects.
• Conduct research on comparable financial data, business trends and industry information for each engagement.
• Assist senior colleagues in constructing valuation models and compiling valuation reports.
• Prepare valuation analyses and supporting materials for discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentation materials for valuation and consulting opportunities.
• Engage with clients and professionals, building relationships with sponsors, auditors, financial advisors and lawyers.
• Collaborate with directors, managers and senior analysts to deliver high-quality valuation and consulting services.
