Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the investment manager in formulating investment plans and managing fixed-income investment portfolios;

2. Responsible for the international group's USD bond investment and trading activities, including primary market bidding, secondary market buying and selling, managing the portfolio's cash and liability repurchase positions, and arranging monetary financing;

3. Work closely with compliance, risk control, and operations departments to communicate risk indicators and settlement matters to ensure the smooth operation of investments and transactions;

4. Manage the bond and cash positions in the investment portfolio;

5. Assist the team with other daily tasks.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in mathematics, economics, finance, accounting, or related fields.

2. 3-5 years of experience on the buy-side or sell-side, with familiarity with non-Chinese USD bond market trading preferred.

3. Strong logical thinking ability and a habit of in-depth thinking;

4. Strong interest in investment and willingness to accept challenging work;

5. Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively obtain first-hand information on investment targets and the industry;

6. In-depth understanding of overseas USD bond markets (Chinese and non-Chinese), and proficiency in trading systems such as Bloomberg.

7. Strong data processing skills; programming experience is a plus;

8. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese;

9. Serious and responsible work attitude, honest and reliable, and a strong learning ability.
