Job summary

BIT is seeking a rigorous US Equity Research Analyst - Content & Strategy in Hong Kong to conduct deep-dive fundamental research on major US equities and to produce high-quality written research for platform users. The role focuses on data-driven theses, sector themes, and timely market commentary to strengthen BIT’s authority in US equity research.

You will leverage Bloomberg, FactSet, and AI tools to streamline workflows while maintaining analytical rigor, with strong English and Chinese

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
3–5+ years of experience in equity research, financial journalism, or research-driven content operations within fintech brokerages.
Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial statement analysis, and earnings breakdowns.
Exceptional written skills in Chinese and English with published equity research reports.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis on major US equities, mega-cap tech stocks, and market catalysts.
Produce high-quality analytic content: stock deep-dives, earnings previews/recaps, sector themes, macro overviews.
Build and verify earnings models, evaluate business metrics, and form data-driven investment theses.
Provide timely market commentary on shifts affecting US markets.
