• Refresh existing products and develop new products in partnership with Business Development, Regional Underwriting, Claims, and Legal & Compliance.
• Underwrite new and renewal business in line with Underwriting Guidelines, Policies and Procedures, Underwriting Authority, and Risk Appetite.
• Monitor and manage the portfolio by extracting and analyzing results, identifying emerging trends and issues, and recommending actions to support desired outcomes.
• Review and improve processes related to referrals, product implementation, and portfolio management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping underwriting strategy, enhancing product offerings, and supporting business growth through sound underwriting judgment and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

Refresh existing products and develop new products in partnership with Business Development, Regional Underwriting, Claims, and Legal & Compliance.

Underwrite new and renewal business in line with Underwriting Guidelines, Policies and Procedures, Underwriting Authority, and Risk Appetite.
