Job summary

Tokalent is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft web3 interfaces for a DeFi venture studio. You will translate product goals into user-centered design, create wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes, and collaborate with product, engineering, and branding teams to ensure consistency.

You will work on web and mobile interfaces, apply current design best practices, and contribute to guidelines that shape multiple portfolio products across branding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience designing UI/UX for consumer-facing mobile and web products.
• Knowledge of best practices for web and mobile usability and design patterns.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define user requirements, process flows, and product goals with product owners.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web3 apps, optimized for simplicity, performance, and accessibility.
• Iterate and improve designs based on feedback from users, engineers, and product owners.
• Design visually stunning and intuitive interfaces according to branding of portfolio companies.
• Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and other documentation.
