Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end UAT for advisor remuneration, commission management, and related system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, test cases, and testing documentation.
• Execute test cases, document defects, and drive issue resolution with business and tech teams.
• Validate system changes to ensure business requirements are met before production release.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on projects involving remuneration, payroll operations, and servicing transfers.
