WELLNESS is seeking academically strong tutors in Hong Kong to teach English, Mathematics, Geography, and Science across IGCSE, A-Level/IAL, and IB programs. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional academic performance, international curriculum knowledge, and prior secondary-level teaching experience.
Fluent English is required; bilingual ability in Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus. Availability during weekdays evenings or weekends is preferred for regular weekly sessions throughout the term.
We are looking for academically strong tutors who are passionate about teaching and committed to helping students achieve outstanding academic results. Candidates should be able to teachone or more of the following subjects:

acrossIGCSE, A-Level / IAL and/Ontario program or IBDP
You should meet at least one of the following:
Graduate or current university student from a reputable university in Hong Kong or overseas, preferably studying a degree relevant to the subject(s) you intend to teach; or
Demonstrated exceptional academic performance in the relevant subject, such as:
Grade 9 / A* at IGCSE
A* at A-Level / IAL
Level 7 at IBDP
Applicants with particularly strong academic profiles will be prioritised.
You should have a strong understanding of at least one of the following curricula:
IGCSE / GCSE
GCE A-Level / International A-Level
IBDP
You should be confident with:
Syllabus requirements and topic coverage
Previous teaching or tutoring experience at secondary‑school level is strongly preferred. You should be able to:
Explain difficult concepts clearly and systematically
Adapt your teaching style to different student abilities
Identify students' weaknesses and provide targeted support
Provide specific and actionable feedback
Support students aiming for top examination grades
Excellent spoken and written English is required. You must be comfortable teaching academic content, explaining complex concepts and discussing examination techniques entirely in English.
Able to provide consistent weekly availability
Preference will be given to tutors available during weekday evenings and/or weekends
Tutors should be able to commit to students on a regular basis throughout the academic term
Reliability and continuity are particularly important, as many students attend lessons on a long‑term weekly basis.
