EY-Parthenon in Hong Kong seeks a Senior/Manager in Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy (TRS). You will diagnose financial position, assess liquidity and lead engagements across distressed transactions, restructurings and formal insolvency assignments.

We value solid accounting fundamentals, sharp analytical judgement and strong stakeholder management. Fluency in English and Chinese, plus Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, are essential; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting foundation; exposure to restructuring/insolvency preferred.
• Strong analytical judgement and stakeholder management; resilient under pressure and ambiguity.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; professional credentials (HKICPA/ACCA; Insolvency Diploma) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose financial position and liquidity; prepare pre‑appointment assessments and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Produce concise financial reviews to secure investor support, enable asset realisations and optimise recoveries.
• Manage legal and creditor processes—filings, meetings, claims adjudication—and investigate historical transactions with legal advisors.
• Support corporate risk, cash and performance improvement initiatives; own workstreams and stakeholder updates.
