Interpath Advisory in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional to lead engagement teams, manage portfolios of insolvency engagements, and mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in restructuring or insolvency, along with excellent communication skills in English and preferably Cantonese or Mandarin.

Lead engagement teams and effectively manage resources within those teams.
Build and enhance relationships with clients, executives, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct detailed analysis and prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for clients.
Evaluate challenging situations and develop innovative solutions for stakeholders of distressed entities.
Participate in new business development initiatives and contribute towards the growth of the Restructuring practice.
Work independently and report to the engagement partners / managers on a regular basis.
Mentor and train junior staff on assignments and promote a collaborative team environment.
Be responsible for the daily operations of engagements, and oversee delivery of engagements to ensure compliance with Interpath’s engagement management practices.
For candidates specialising in insolvency, you will need to be able to manage a portfolio of insolvency engagements, overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion, while ensuring compliance with the relevant legal framework.
Strong academic track record with a professional qualification (CA, HKICPA, CPAA) in accounting is an advantage.
Demonstrable experience, preferably with at least 5 years of working experiences, managing assignments across restructuring, turnaround, or insolvency advisory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a proven track record of managing work streams effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrable experience in developing client relationships and advising on restructuring or insolvency solutions.
Willingness to embrace multi-sector work and travel where necessary.
Self-motivated and the ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude and strong team influence.
Enthusiasm for professional development and a commitment to mentoring junior team members.
Fluent business level (both written and spoken) English, Cantonese or Mandarin is essential. Other languages are welcome.
