We advise creditors, investors, companies, and other stakeholders in high-stakes, cross-border situations, delivering pragmatic solutions that maximise value and drive successful outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with Managing Directors and senior professionals on complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency assignments across the APAC region.
Manage and support the delivery of complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency engagements from inception through to successful completion.
Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement solutions for clients facing distressed, turnaround, and special situations.
Conduct detailed financial, operational, and business analysis to assess performance, identify risks, and develop value-maximizing strategies.
Prepare high-quality reports, client communications, court-related documents, and executive-level presentations.
Collaborate with Managing Directors and colleagues across the APAC region on cross-border assignments and special projects.
Support business development initiatives, market research, and thought leadership activities within the restructuring and insolvency sector.
Liaise with stakeholders including creditors, legal advisors, management teams, regulators, and other professional advisors.
Professional proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Professionally qualified or near-qualified CA, CPA, ACCA, or CPAA.
1-3 years of relevant experience in restructuring, insolvency, turnaround, or advisory services.
Experience in liquidation, personal bankruptcy, receivership, or special situations engagements in Hong Kong and/or cross-border contexts.
Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
