Job summary

Springfield Financial Advisory Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Treasury function with bank accounts administration, KYC, and related duties. You will compile records and prepare weekly/monthly reports, and coordinate daily deposits and payments with banks.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Business/Finance/Banking with at least 2 years of banking experience, and is fluent in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 2 years banking experience preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Business/Finance/Banking required or preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Chinese typing required.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury Department on bank accounts administration including KYC, account opening etc.
• Compile, update and maintain proper administrative records & prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Prepare & coordinate daily deposit and payment instructions to banks
• Follow up payment advice and receipts
• Other general administrative support for the department
