Job summary

All Star Agency seeks a detail-oriented Treasury Operations Officer in Hong Kong to support settlement of FX, money markets, fixed income and derivatives. You will coordinate payments and receipts, resolve settlement exceptions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth post-trade processing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in treasury settlement or related ops, with strong Excel skills and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related discipline.
• At least 2 years in Treasury settlement, securities settlement, payments or related banking ops.
• Knowledge of Treasury products: FX, money markets, fixed income, derivatives.
• Familiarity with RTGS, SWIFT, XACT and CCASS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel with strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Good English and Chinese (Mandarin) with interpersonal skills and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process daily settlements for FX, money-market, fixed-income and derivatives.
• Arrange and monitor settlement payments and receipts; resolve discrepancies.
• Use RTGS, SWIFT, XACT and CCASS to support processing and settlement.
• Check trade details and settlement instructions against requirements and controls.
• Liaise with Front Office, counterparties, custodians and banks to resolve queries.
• Participate in process improvements, testing, and ad hoc projects.
