Job summary

Mind HK is seeking a Programme Intern to support the Training Programme team. You’ll assist with end-to-end coordination for training sessions, prepare materials, manage online workshops, and track registrations and feedback.

The role offers hands-on exposure to non-profit operations, translation between English and Traditional Chinese, with a hybrid Hong Kong work arrangement and a fixed monthly stipend. Start ASAP; 6-month contract; 5 days per week; inclusive workplace with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree/associate/higher diploma program in Hong Kong.
• Academic background in psychology, public health, social work, education, human resources, business, or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency in English and/or Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end training sessions, workshops, and webinars for public and private groups.
• Prepare and assemble training materials, participant handbooks, feedback forms, and slides.
• Manage Zoom/Teams hosting, breakout rooms, and on-site logistics when needed.
• Maintain training databases, registrations, and attendance logs.
• Summarize post-training feedback and help issue attendance certificates.
• Translate and localize training content between English and Traditional Chinese.
