Job summary

Mind HK is seeking a Social Worker/ Project Coordinator to support the Improving Access to Community Therapies (iACT) programme in Hong Kong. The role involves designing and delivering workshops, coordinating outreach, and managing event logistics under a one-year contract.

The ideal candidate is a registered Social Worker or holds a related degree, with at least 2 years in a similar role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Registered Social Worker in Hong Kong or degree in Psychology, Counselling, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years work experience for Project Coordinator, preferably in mental health or frontline service.
• Strong passion for mental health promotion and community outreach.
• Experience designing and delivering mental health workshops and psychoeducational programmes.

Responsibilities

• Design, adapt, and deliver mental health workshops and training modules for diverse groups.
• Organise community outreach initiatives and awareness campaigns across Hong Kong.
• Develop training materials, decks, toolkits tailored to target audiences.
• Maintain partnerships with community partners, schools, NGOs and corporate clients.
• Oversee logistics for training and events, including venue setup and virtual platforms.
• Collect feedback, track metrics, and prepare progress reports.
