Job summary

Société Générale in Hong Kong is seeking a student to join the Asia Data Management Office to support analysis of AI and data governance regulations across multiple jurisdictions. You will help maintain regulatory publications inventory and prepare materials for governance committees, while collaborating with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Business, Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and interest in data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Power BI, VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support analysis of AI and Data Governance regulations across Asia.
Maintain centralized inventory of AI and Data-related regulatory publications, guidelines, and consultation papers.
Prepare summaries, presentations, and briefing materials for management and governance committees.
Assist in coordinating Data Governance activities across Asia and with regional teams.
