Alpha Access Limited is seeking a Trading Solutions Engineer / Technical Account Manager to bridge trading, quantitative research, and technology teams. This hybrid role emphasizes translating complex trading and research requirements into practical technical solutions while communicating with traders and researchers.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication, commercial awareness, and the ability to speak traders' language, with 3–7 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Traders, PMs and Researchers to understand workflows and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve trading efficiency and research productivity.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to trading and research teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with engineering.
• Participate in architecture discussions, demonstrations, planning and integration.
• Drive adoption and improve user experience.
