Job summary

Theblockchainassociation is seeking a Trading Operations & Support Analyst to monitor live systematic trading across prediction, equity, and crypto markets. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support deployments, and drive reliability of trading systems.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, investigating issues, coordinating with traders and exchanges, and developing tools for better monitoring and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronic trading, trade support, trading operations, production support, or related role.
• Strong understanding of electronic trading, order lifecycle, positions, P&L, and risk.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues calmly and effectively in a fast-moving production environment.
• Experience with Python or scripting; SQL experience preferred.
• Experience working with large trading or market datasets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Maintain operational procedures and controls for production trading.
• Participate in local trading coverage and rotating weekend coverage.
