Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a Trading Support Analyst/Associate to bolster its Institutional Sales and Trading & FICC team. You will perform trade capture, booking, and validation in front office systems and ensure timely, accurate recording of trade data.

Daily reconciliation of cash and positions, plus front-to-back office coordination, are core tasks. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/CS and 1–2 years’ experience in middle office or operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operational support or middle office roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English.
• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with financial data terminals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade capture, booking, and validation of front office transactions.
• Ensure accurate recording of trade data, prices, and quantities.
• Monitor cash balances and positions daily.
• Act as main contact between Front Office and Back Office for trade queries.
• Conduct daily trade reconciliations and resolve breaks promptly.
• Support cash bond trading and other FICC products.
• Assist in trade confirmations and pre-settlement checks.
• Coordinate with Back Office on settlements and handoffs.
• Identify operational risks and participate in process improvements.
