Qualifications

• Fluent English and Mandarin language skills.
• 5+ years in financial/trading technology or related field.
• Strong understanding of physical and network infrastructure used by global trading firms.
• Experience with Chinese markets is preferred.
• Based in Sydney and able to engage with exchanges, brokers, and vendors daily.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Chinese brokers and technology providers to manage requests.
• Collect and triage requirements from internal teams and translate into external asks.
• Coordinate orders, rack space, deployment with data centers and carriers.
• Document rule changes and assess impact on trading and tech.
• Build relationships with external partners and identify infra improvements.
