Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Strong interest in financial markets, sales and trading, and client-driven businesses.
• Familiarity with Claude, Python, SQL, data visualization tools, or AI and machine learning tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new products, markets, and business processes.
• High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day trading activities, risk management processes, and hedging strategies across Equities, FX, and related products.
• Partner with stakeholders across Prime, Sales, Trading, Structuring, and other business functions to develop client solutions, optimize workflows, and enhance the synthetic platform.
• Analyze trading, risk, and business data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve performance.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to support decision making.
• Challenge existing processes and drive efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quantitative Research, Technology, and Operations teams on strategic business and platform enhancements.
• Strengthen trading infrastructure, control frameworks, and operational processes to support business growth.
• Conduct P&L analysis and reviews while maintaining strong risk discipline and adherence to regulatory and business conduct standards.
