Job summary

ETERNITY CONSULTANTS (HK) Ltd is seeking a Toys Designer to develop plastic and pre-school toys in line with brand style guides. You will research concepts, evaluate pilot samples and issue modification directions to manufacturing teams.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Product Design with 3–5 years of toy design experience, strong knowledge of mechanical design, prototyping and mold making, and is willing to travel occasionally to a factory in China.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Product Design or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of product design experience in Toys industry.
• Solid experience in Plastic Toys and Pre-School Toys.
• Knowledge of mechanical design; strong sense of structure & materials.
• Prototyping and mold making experience.
• Occasional travel to factory in China.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop pre-school toys based on the brand style guides.
• Evaluate engineering pilot samples and provide modification directions.
• Provide cost reduction suggestions.
