Job summary

Wafer Systems (Asia) Limited is seeking a QA Tester to manage manual and automated testing for iOS, Android, and web applications. You will design test scenarios, prepare test cases and reports, and contribute to QA procedures.

Strong English and Chinese communication is required, with potential after-hours work. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of software testing experience, familiarity with Java and Python, and openness to test automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT-related preferred.
• 1-2 years+ experience in software testing.
• Experience in Java and Python is an advantage.
• Automation experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design test scenarios aligned with test plan and scope including business and functional requirements.
• Prepare test cases, test plans and test reports for Functional, SIT, UAT, etc.
• Maintain updated QA procedures and standards to market best practices.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Design test scenarios according to test plan and scope including but not limitedto business requirement, functional requirement specification, etc.

Prepare test cases, test plans and test reports for Functional, SIT, UAT, etc.

Writesimple test script to enhance test efficiency if conditionisavailable.

Maintainupdated QA procedures and standards to the market best practice.

Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree major in IT related is highly preferred

1 - 2 years+ experience in software testing will bepreferred

ExperienceinJava,Python language will be an advantage.

Experience in automation will be an advantage, but notnecessary.

Opportunity will be provided if candidates have potential on test automation.

Team-player witheffective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua).

May need to work after normal office hours.
