Job summary

Links International is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a banking software environment. The role focuses on ensuring software quality in a highly regulated setting, with responsibilities spanning test planning, UAT, defect tracking, and maintaining testing records.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/IT and has 1–2 years of QA experience, with good English and Chinese communication skills to liaise with business users and development teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of banking or financial systems is advantageous.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of test plans, test cases, test scripts, and quality assurance documentation.
• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and simulation testing activities.
• Document test results, track defects, and maintain testing records and issue logs.
