Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a Test Lead - Infra/DevOps to drive technical validation of system environments and integration flows for a large-scale financial system.

You will lead validation of server configurations, middleware deployments, and secure file transfer processes while coordinating with development and operations teams to maintain stability and readiness across environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in system administration, middleware support, or DevOps (min 4 years).
• Knowledge of UNIX/AIX, shell scripting, application servers, messaging systems, and secure file transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation of server configurations, scripts, and log flows.
• Support deployment and monitoring of enterprise applications across environments.
• Test message-based integrations using middleware (IBM MQ, JMS).
• Verify secure file transfer processes (Connect:Direct, SFTP).
• Collaborate with development and operations to resolve environment issues.
• Participate in test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure cybersecurity and operational best practices are followed.
