Job summary

Hitachi Rail Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Testing & Commissioning engineer for railway signalling systems. You will prepare and execute testing activities, deploy software and configurations, and conduct on-site testing with clients and project stakeholders.

The role requires a degree in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends; Cantonese and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering (or related field).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with railway signalling testing and commissioning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute testing and commissioning activities for railway signalling systems.
• Develop and maintain testing documentation including specifications and reports.
• Deploy software and system configurations to site and testing environments.
• Conduct on-site testing with clients and project stakeholders.
• Investigate signalling faults and provide first-level analysis.
• Report progress, defects, and findings to the Testing & Commissioning Lead.
• Ensure safety, quality, and project requirements are met during testing.
