Delken Group Limited seeks a Temporary Platform Co-ordinator for its Digitalisation Office in Central, Hong Kong. The role focuses on supporting banks with the HKMA IT platform, handling inquiries, and providing essential admin support in a busy financial environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and strong communication and organisational skills, with ability to perform Chinese word-processing if needed.

Formación

• Five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) at Level 2 / Grade E or above in HKCEE, or Level 2 or above in HKDSE.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support to banks using the HKMA’s IT platform.
• Handle email and telephone enquiries related to banks.
• Assist in data collection and inputting.
• Provide administrative, clerical and logistical support to the division.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Temporary Platform Co-ordinator (Digitalisation Office)

Responsibilities:

• To provide customer support to banks in using the HKMA’s IT platform
• To handle email and telephone enquiries related to banks
• To assist in data collection and inputting
• To provide administrative, clerical and logistical support to the division
• To perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language ("Syllabus B" before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
• At least one year of working experience
• Knowledge in MS Word & Excel
• Ability to conduct Chinese word-processing preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised and detail-oriented
