Job summary

Delken Group Limited in Central, Hong Kong seeks a Temporary Co-ordinator (Market Development) to support administrative tasks and assist with market data publication and report preparation. The role requires handling data and payment processing, plus publication on websites and platforms like Bloomberg.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language ("Syllabus B" before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the HKCEE, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the HKDSE.
Two years’ relevant experience preferred
Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
A fast learner and attentive to details
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

To provide general administrative and clerical support including and not limited to record management, data entry and processing of payments
Assist in the publication of information on websites and financial data platforms including but not limited to Bloomberg
To prepare statistical reports and charts and assist in the preparation of draft written materials
