Job summary

Delken Group Limited invites strong candidates for Temporary Manager (Lead Data Steward) to drive end-to-end data governance for our enterprise data platform. You will deploy a metadata framework, design access rights, and implement best practices across governance and data quality.

You will collaborate with Data Stewards, Architecture, and Platform teams to automate processes and improve data offerings while delivering training and workshops to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in data management and governance.
• Experience setting up enterprise data management and governance processes.
• Experience establishing an Enterprise Data Catalogue with on-premise and cloud infra.
• Experience leading a team and delivering training/workshops.
• Ability to negotiate and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote end-to-end data management and governance for enterprise data platform.
• Deploy metadata management framework covering lineage, access control, catalogue, encryption, anonymisation.
• Design and support data access rights and handling processes.
• Develop best practices to minimise effort and automate processes.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards to refine governance processes.
• Work with Data Architecture and Platform Engineering to improve offerings and architecture.
• Act as change agent and drive continuous improvement via stakeholder education and adoption of best practices.
