Job summary

Christian Louboutin Asia Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Client Advisor to join our vibrant sales team. You will drive sales, present the brand's unique points, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Requirements include Form 5 or above, fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and at least 1 year in retail or service. A proactive, fashion-loving attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above (minimum)
• Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 1 year experience in retail and/or service industry
• Proactive, presentable and passionate about fashion with strong customer service
• Eager to learn and maintain a positive attitude
• Regular day off 8/9 days per month
• Commission and/or Incentives

• 17-day Public Holidays

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed business unit sales targets
• Able to communicate confidently the unique selling points and the features of the merchandises
• Deliver consistent and high standard of customer service at all times
• Perform daily housekeeping of merchandises
