Job summary

Delken Group Limited, based in Hong Kong, seeks a Temporary Assistant Officer for Financial Infrastructure Development to support the payment systems division. You will prepare statistical and MIS reports for monitoring and analysis, and assist in creating materials and animation to promote Hong Kong's financial infrastructure.

The role also involves organizing seminars, conducting market intelligence on payment systems and industry trends, and providing general administrative support, including

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, business administration or related disciplines preferred.
• At least three years relevant working experience preferred.
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Powtoon.

• To prepare statistical and MIS reports of payment systems for monitoring and analysis
• To prepare materials for presentation and publicity, including preparation of animation for promoting Hong Kong's financial infrastructure
• To assist in organizing seminars and publicity events in promoting Hong Kong's financial infrastructure

Requirements

• University degree in finance, business administration or related disciplines preferred

• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
