Delken Group Limited seeks a Temporary Project Manager (Digitalisation Office) in Central, Hong Kong to lead delivery of data projects within the digitalisation programme for HKMA. Reporting to the Data Lead and PMO Lead, you will plan, execute and monitor projects, ensuring quality assurance, risk management and on-budget progress.

You will collaborate with data platform teams, governance, engineering and analytics specialists, driving stakeholder communications and programme reporting.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
• At least five years of experience in project/programme management.
• Experience in managing data projects is a must.
• Experience in managing cross-department projects in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in managing large-scale data infrastructure projects is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevSecOps.
• Exposure to big data, AI, machine learning and API technologies.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Reporting to the Data Lead and PMO Lead, you will be responsible for delivery of multiple data projects within digitalisation programme for HKMA.
• You will work with teams of technologists with specialities in Data platforms, Data Governance, Data Engineering and Data Analytics. As the project manager, you plan, execute and monitor projects including quality assurance and risk management, manage budget and submit progress reports to business and technology stakeholders.
• Engage stakeholders through clear communication, manage their understanding, expectations and involvement in the data programme.
• Work with Digitalisation Programme PMO to support programme level reporting.
• Keep abreast of relevant technological advancements, and development of regulatory compliance and industry best practices for continuous improvement
