Delken Group Limited is seeking a Temporary Co-ordinator for currency and retail payments oversight in Central, Hong Kong. The role focuses on vetting key officers of Stored Value Facilities licensees, handling enquiries, and supporting data collection and statistics compilation.

The candidate will prepare management reports and provide administrative support to the division, with duties including ad hoc tasks as needed. Strong MS Office and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language, Level 2 / Grade E or above, HKCEE/HKDSE or Level 2 in HKDSCE.
• At least two years' working experience.
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• To conduct vetting of key officers and controllers of Stored Value Facilities licensees and licence applicants.
• To handle telephone enquiries related to Stored Value Facilities.
• To assist in data collection, data inputting and compiling statistics.
• To prepare reports for management review.
• To provide administrative, clerical and logistic support to the division.
• To perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
