Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a technician to support test and production engineering. You will troubleshoot production fallouts, repair and maintain machines, and ensure test equipment is kept in good condition.

Assist Test Engineers on test equipment setups for NPIs, uphold quality standards, and compile Test Yield Reports. You will seek improvements to test efficiency and perform PCB rework per IPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and failure analysis for production fallouts.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of machine/equipment/tool/jig
• Validates & maintains test equipment in good condition by performing periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Assist Test Engineer on test equipment and set-up for NPI (New Project Introduction)
• Ensure compliance to the quality standards, company guidelines & procedures are adhered to whilst providing necessary support to production.
• Compile Test Yield Report.
• Constantly looking into better test efficiencies to improve the test yield.
• Perform rework and repair of printed circuit board assemblies (through hole and SMT parts) according to IPC standards.
• Feedback unusual high fallout to Test Engineer.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.
