Job summary

Abbott is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive Cardiac Rhythm Management activities in Hong Kong and Macau. The role involves in-service and sales calls, planning marketing activities, and providing technical support to physicians and healthcare staff.

You will train doctors and nurses, manage customer interactions, and stay informed on local healthcare policy and market trends while supporting the CRM team across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or business-related field required.
• Excellent spoken and written English and local language skills.
• Willing to travel and work overtime.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Drive and execute sales planning and selling activities to assigned accounts and territories. Provide technical support to physicians during Cardiac Rhythm Management device implant and follow-up. Work as a team to support and achieve company's goals and directions.

Job Responsibilities

Perform Cardiac Rhythm Management product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories. Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve annual plan, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories with sales planning, revenue & market share tracking report as well as account customers profile in assigned accounts or territories. Provide technical support of Cardiac Rhythm Management products in Hong Kong and Macau. Provide training to doctors, nurses & healthcare professional. Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner as per company policy. Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor. Understand local government healthcare policy and market trend. Serve as back-up for other team members.

Requirements

Education and Experience Willing to travel and work overtime. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc. Excellent spoken and written English and local language skills. Qualifications at a degree level in a medical or business-related field required.
