Job summary

Captar Partners in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Project Manager to design, develop, and maintain backend systems powering innovative financial products and services. You will lead architecture decisions for scalable, secure Spring Boot applications and ensure reliable delivery that meets evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficient in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available backend systems.
• Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment.
• Understanding of financial regulations, security, and compliance in FinTech.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
