Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is seeking a proactive Team Leader (Floor Supervisor) for Housekeeping to ensure spotless guest rooms and smooth floor operations across the hotel.

In this role, you will support department efficiency in line with Hyatt's standards, supervising room attendants, and contributing to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Description

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel Housekeeping operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
