Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited is seeking a tax/compliance professional to assist with daily tax filings across multi-entity operations in Hong Kong. You will collaborate with Product, R&D, and Data teams to validate and organize tax data, support settlement activities, and respond to front-line tax queries.

The role involves maintaining SOPs, archiving records, and tracking external tax advisor deliverables to ensure timely and accurate compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field; accounting, taxation, finance or law preferred.
• 1–2 years in tax/compliance, Big 4 or enterprise experience preferred; fresh grads welcomed.
• Basic accounting concepts, data sensitivity, and familiarity with settlement workflows helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and reviewing daily tax filings across multi-entity operations.
• Interface with Product, R&D and Data teams to validate tax data and reconcile operations.
• Participate in daily settlement operations and help resolve bottlenecks between settlement and tax.
• Address daily tax queries from front-line teams and maintain the tax knowledge base.
• Assist in executing tax initiatives and track deliverables from external advisors.
• Archive compliance records and maintain SOPs and ticket logs.
