Job summary

Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a tax/compliance associate to assist in tracking daily tax filings across multi-entity operations and ensure timely, accurate compliance.

You will interface with Product, R&D, and Data teams to validate and organize tax-related operational data, participate in daily settlement operations, and help resolve bottlenecks between settlement and tax functions. Fresh graduates with a strong Excel skillset are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Taxation, Financial Management, Law, or related disciplines preferred.
• 1–2 years of tax/compliance experience in Big 4 or mid-to-large enterprises preferred. Fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic understanding of accounting subject classifications and bookkeeping entries; knowledge of securities/financial product settlement workflows; strong data sensitivity and advanced Excel skills.
• Proficient in using mainstream AI tools with prompt engineering and logical structuring skills to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and reviewing daily tax filings for multi-entity operations to ensure timely and accurate compliance.
• Interface with Product, R&D, and Data teams to validate, reconcile, and organize tax-related operational data.
• Participate in daily settlement operations and help resolve bottlenecks between settlement and tax functions.
• Address daily tax queries raised by front-line teams and maintain the tax advisory knowledge base.
• Assist in executing tax initiatives and track the progress and deliverables of external tax advisors.
• Archive tax compliance records and maintain updated SOPs and compliance ticketing logs.
