Job summary

Beijing HollySys Co., Ltd. is seeking a Testing & Commissioning Engineer to ensure the successful testing, commissioning and integration of railway signaling systems.

You will verify system functionality, ensure compliance with technical specs and safety standards, and support the delivery of railway projects on site. The role requires hands-on technical work, strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, reliability and efficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in Cantonese is essential.
• 3+ years' experience with MTR.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Interface/coordination tasks with project parties.
• Perform test and commissioning activities for MCS System (including night shifts).
• Communicate with relevant parties and implement changes per project requirements.
• Monitor coordination and prepare inspection reports for CSD/SEM site works.

The Role

As our Testing & Commissioning Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful testing, commissioning and integration of railway signalling systems. You will be responsible for verifying system functionality, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards, and supporting the successful delivery of railway projects. This is a hands‑on technical role that requires strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure railway systems operate safely, reliably and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all interface/coordination tasks


• Carry out Test and commissioning activities (including night hour work) for MCS System


• Communicate closely with relevant parties and make changes and revisions based on project and customer requirements


• Responsible for monitoring the coordination and preparation of CSD/SEM, and inspecting and measuring the site works, preparing inspection reports

Requirements:

• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese is essential.


• Diploma or above in any Engineering related discipline;


• A minimum of 3 years related working experience with MTR;


• Process good interpersonal and coordination skills, self-initiative, independent, and sense of responsibility.


• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
