Job summary

Henderson Land Development Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to manage servers, perform backup, antivirus updates, upgrades and migrations, and support MS AD & Exchange.

You will handle SAN/NAS storage, user ID administration, remote site setup and helpdesk, with MCSE and CCNA certifications preferred, plus strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines with 5+ years’ system administration experience.
• MCSE and CCNA certifications are required.
• Experience with AD/Exchange, LAN/WAN, and server patching and migrations.
• Hands-on with storage (SAN/NAS) and virtualization (VMware).
• Proficiency in English and Chinese with good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform server administration including backup, AV updates, upgrades and migrations.
• Perform MS AD & Exchange maintenance, support & migration from on-premises to cloud.
• Manage SAN/NAS storage and related resources.
• Handle User ID maintenance and project deployment.
• Provide support to remote sites and helpdesk operations.

Job description

• Perform server administration job including backup, Anti-Virus update, upgrade and server migration
• Perform MS AD & Exchange maintenance, support & migration from on-premises to cloud
• Manage Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS)
• Handle User ID maintenance and project deployment
• Provide support to remote site setup and Helpdesk

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in system administration
• Possess certification of MCSE & CCNA is a must
• Experience in PCs & Mac support in LAN, WAN, mobile devices & Wi-Fi environment and system support including installation, patching / upgrading & administration
• In-depth experience in AD GPO deployment, Firewall settings and network troubleshooting are added advantages
• Hands-on experience in using Veeam, VMware, NetApp and SysAdmin tools etc.
• Experience in AI usage and Linux is preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good negotiation skills and proficiency in English and Chinese
