• Various development tasks and operation support for:
• SAS and analytics applications used.
• Other platforms (e.g., Java) or open/proprietary regulatory systems.
• Create prototypes to visualize a business idea and participate in new project initiative.
• Manage vendors for solution design and implementation.
• Occasional needs to perform system support outside of office hours.
• Other ad-hoc tasks or projects.

• University graduate in Computing Sciences, Applied Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, or IT related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of system development and support experience, with at least 2 years in SAS and 2 years in data analytics.
• Sound technical knowledge of the following:
• SAS EG and SAS Web Report Studio.
• SAS Portal and SAS 9.4 server administration.
• VBA, shell scripting and PL/SQL programming.
• Other reporting / BI tools, e.g., Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, etc.
• Experience with the following a plus:
• Data modelling/virtualization and data warehouse experience.
• Market data surveillance platform / solution (e.g. SMARTS).
• Python - Generative AI and Machine Learning models.
• Ability to perform requirement collection, design, programming, testing and implementation with minimum supervision.
• Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal).
